Service Description
From letting go, loving yourself, or manifesting, there is a meditation for you. Mindful meditations help relieve anxiety, stress, & tension in the body and mind. Studies show that through regular mindfulness practice, the body is impacted in dramatic and positive ways. Because there are many different types of meditations, your practitioner will contact you via email, text, or phone call prior to your session to help better understand what is desired, so you can fully enjoy your experience. Feel free to bring your journal to write down any thoughts, feelings, & experiences.
